Gender Bias Committee
The Gender Bias Committee of the Western New York Chapter addresses all issues related to gender bias and includes the subcommittee on women in the courts.
The Committee also deals with all issues related to woman working in the legal profession. These issues include parental leave, alternative work arrangements, and contract lawyering.
The Committee conducts surveys, creates programs, and issues reports regarding work-related issues for women.
