LISA PRIMERANO, Treasurer, is serving her third consecutive year as treasurer of the WNY Chapter and her second as membership co-chair. She concentrates her practice in the areas of intellectual property and corporate law. Formerly an associate with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, she is currently establishing a solo practice counseling clients and other attorneys on creating value from intellectual property by strategically protecting, enforcing and licensing intellectual property rights. She is also actively engaged in researching ways new technologies can drive innovation in the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. As a 1998 graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, she has served on the board of the GOLD Group alumni association. She has also been active in several other legal and community organizations, including graduating from the Leadership Buffalo Rising Leaders’ program in 2005 and serving as legal counsel for the Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce. Lisa lives in Buffalo with her best friend and inamorato, Todd, and their two dogs, Daisy and Daphne.
