SARAH K. RANNI, local director, is an associate at Phillips Lytle LLP. As a member of the firm's Corporate Department, she concentrates her practice in employee benefits, taxation, securities, and general corporate matters. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2005. In addition, to being a local director for the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, she is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fordham Club of Buffalo.
