LONG RANGE PLANNING: Develop, plan and assist the Board of Directors in establishing a strategic plan to allow the Association to grow in accordance with established goals and objectives and provide a framework for Committee structures. Also review and evaluate the Associations' current activities, with recommendations for change as needed.
